Before the auto start function can activate, ensure the following conditions are met:
- Key or start button is in ACC mode
- Key fob is inside the truck
- All doors and the hood are fully closed
- Fuel level is above 12%
- Parking brake is engaged
- Transmission is in Neutral
- No pedals are pressed
NOTE: The auto start function works with the parking climate system to maintain interior temperature and operate heating units while the truck is parked and the driver is resting.
