Looking to transition to a new career? Combine your passion with our team’s expertise to become a well-rounded diesel technician. Over 3 years, work alongside our technicians to increase your knowledge and improve your skills while attending school to earn a certificate.

On top of the educational incentive, the Access Your Future program also provides paid work experience, mentorships, and an opportunity to learn from highly skilled employees on the job. Plus, most of our AYF service interns are offered full-time careers after they graduate.

AYF Internship

BENEFITS

Average total incentive includes the tuition reimbursement, company paid tool program, and sign-on bonus. Financial incentive is dependent on the degree obtained.

Degree

  • Bachelors, Associates, Diploma – $32,000
  • Certificate – $24,000

 

A tool allowance of up to $7,000 is available to students. The school or vendor is paid directly what the value of their tool requirements are.

Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus when hired as a full-time team member.

Our experienced team works hands on with students to provide valuable knowledge and share their expertise.

AYF Internship

REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain and graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Must be enrolled in a diesel program to be considered for the AYF program.
  • RDO Truck Centers must be your first employer within the diesel industry following graduation.
